The Joint Union of Plateau State-owned Tertiary Establishments (JUPTI), has issued a 48-hour ultimatum, threatening to embark on an indefinite strike motion if the state authorities failed to handle its varied calls for, which the union had put earlier than it.

The union maintained that authorities had over time given deaf ears to its calls for; therefore, needs to compel it to embark on an indefinite strike motion.
