The All Progressives Congress, APC, governorship candidate for the March 9 election in Imo State, Hope Uzodinma, has berated the state governor, Rochas Okorocha over what he termed the governor’s failed try to destroy the get together within the state and the South-East.
Uzodinma mentioned nemesis has already caught up with Okorocha as he can now not stroll freely on the streets of Owerri, the state capital.
In an announcement signed by the publicity secretary of the APC in Imo State, Chief Enyinna Onuegbu, yesterday, Uzodinma described Okorocha as a wolf in a sheep’s clothes who in his failed try to destroy APC has been working from pillar to submit to redeem his picture.
The assertion reads: “The clearest proof of this sabotage was on reside tv when the results of Ideato native authorities space (Okorocha’s house LGA) was declared as greater than 70,000 in favour of AA which created a stalemate and was later diminished to 40,000 in a most humorous method. The query to ask is: what was the premise for decreasing the outcome at a LGA Collation Centre?
“Okorocha had openly continued to work in opposition to the APC and this manifested on the governorship election day within the state when having realised that I used to be cruising to victory, the governor rapidly moblised thugs wearing navy and police uniforms to grab poll bins to control scores in favour of the PDP candidate when it grew to become obvious that his anointed son-in-law won’t make it. It was at this level that they falsified the scores for PDP and AA.
“Previous to that, the governor used the identical thugs wearing navy and police uniforms to forcibly ward off APC polling brokers on the numerous polling models and fielded these of the AA.”
Uzodinma acknowledged that the governor was merely reaping the fruits of his anti-party actions and that “as a substitute of accepting his destiny, he’s busy searching for whom to latch on as a drowning man”.
